Happy May Day! Happy Menopause! What better day to celebrate the first day of May and (just coincidentally) the launch of our new blog, Body of Eve—a menopausal manifesto that is sure to change your life. OK, we know. You are already changing. That’s why we are all here. “We” being women between “30 something” and “60 something,” plus a few whiney men who think they are changing too.
Heidi and I are simply “over the top joyful” to finally join our hormonal forces together to bring you the information you have been searching all over Google for. . mood altering monologues, deep slumber solutions, sweat prevention tips, weighty information about maintaining a healthy body, nutrition nuggets, rip-roaring delicious recipes and some sisterly bitching here and there. It’s going to be fun and we are thrilled you are here. Heidi is a certified health expert and I am just certified. Keep reading for a few more day and you’ll get the idea.
